Editorial Policy
How NexusNova decides what to publish and how we try to keep it useful, accurate and easy to verify.

Purpose
NexusNova publishes practical browser tools and explanatory guides for everyday digital tasks. Pages should solve a clear problem, explain important limitations and avoid pretending that a tool can do more than it actually does.
How topics are selected
New topics are considered when they have a real user use case, fit the NexusNova utility theme and can be implemented or explained responsibly. Search interest can help identify demand, but demand alone is not enough. A page should still provide original functionality, clear explanation or both.
Originality
NexusNova does not intentionally republish scraped articles or copy another site's tool descriptions. Guides are written for the specific behavior and limits of NexusNova tools where relevant. External sources may be consulted for standards, official rules or current facts, but the published explanation should add practical value rather than mirror the source.
Calculations and tool behavior
Calculator formulas are implemented explicitly in code and should reject invalid inputs rather than display a plausible-looking fake answer. Where a calculation depends on a convention, the convention should be stated. Examples include decimal versus binary storage units and local time versus UTC.
Financial, health and other high-stakes topics
NexusNova may provide general mathematical utilities such as percentage or growth calculators, but these are not personalized financial, legal or medical advice. High-stakes decisions should not be based solely on a browser calculator or general article.
AI-assisted production
Software and editorial work may use AI assistance. AI assistance is not treated as a substitute for checking the actual implementation, links, formulas, limitations or claims before publication. Pages should not be mass-produced simply to create search inventory.
Corrections
If a material error is found, the preferred response is to correct the page or tool rather than hide the limitation. Dates may be updated when a guide changes materially. Users can report problems through the Contact page.
Advertising independence
Future advertising does not change the basic rule that a page must have a useful purpose beyond displaying ads. Advertising placements should not imitate download buttons, navigation controls or tool actions.
What we do not promise
NexusNova does not promise that every result fits every jurisdiction, employer, website, device or professional situation. The goal is transparent utility: show the input, perform the defined operation and explain what the output means.
