Do I need an account to use the website tools?

No. The currently published browser tools are designed to work without a NexusNova account or sign-in. Open the relevant page, enter the information needed for the task and use the result.

Are my images uploaded to a NexusNova server?

The Image Compressor & Resizer works in your browser. The selected image is decoded, resized and exported locally by browser APIs. The current JPG-to-PDF tool also reads selected JPEG files and builds the PDF locally on your device.

What happens to the information I type into the Resume Builder?

The Resume Builder keeps its draft in your browser's local storage so the form can survive a refresh on the same browser and device. The current implementation does not send that resume draft to a NexusNova server. You can use the Clear action to remove the saved NexusNova resume draft from that browser.

Does the AI Prompt Builder call an AI service?

No. It is a prompt-formatting utility, not an AI model. It combines the role, task, context, constraints, output format and tone you provide into a structured prompt. The draft is stored locally in your browser until you clear it or clear site data. You then copy the result into an AI service of your choice.

How accurate are the calculators and converters?

Published calculators use deterministic formulas based on the values you enter. NexusNova tests formulas and edge cases before treating a tool as complete, but browser tools are still convenience utilities. For financial, legal, medical, engineering, deadline or other high-consequence decisions, independently verify the result with an appropriate authoritative source or professional.

Why are decimal and binary storage conversions both available?

Storage units are commonly interpreted in two ways. Decimal scale uses steps of 1000, while the binary-style option uses steps of 1024. The Storage Size Converter lets you choose the scale so the result matches the convention relevant to your task.

Why does JPG-to-PDF accept JPEG images instead of every image format?

The current converter is intentionally narrow: it embeds valid JPEG image data into a locally generated PDF. Keeping the supported input explicit makes the behavior easier to validate and avoids pretending unsupported formats are handled. Other formats can be added only when they have a complete tested implementation.

Will NexusNova add advertising?

The website may use advertising in the future to support its operation. Advertising code is not treated as part of the site until it is actually configured. If analytics or advertising services are added, the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data handling before those services are treated as part of the published setup.

How do I report a problem?

Use the Contact page and include the page or tool name, what you entered, what happened and what you expected. Do not send passwords, recovery phrases, payment-card data or other sensitive credentials.
