1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using NexusNova Tools, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any policy expressly incorporated into them. These terms apply to the public website, browser-based tools, account features and paid digital services operated under the NexusNova name.

2. Operator and ownership

NexusNova Tools and its original website content, software interfaces and service materials are operated and owned by Fahad Hussain / NexusNova, except for third-party materials identified as belonging to their respective owners. References to “NexusNova”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the applicable NexusNova service operated by Fahad Hussain.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website and its public tools for lawful personal, educational or professional purposes. You must comply with applicable law and must not use the service to infringe rights, distribute malicious code, evade security controls, overload infrastructure, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or interfere with another user's access.

4. Accounts and security

Where an account is available, you are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping passwords, verification messages, recovery methods and device access secure. You must not create deceptive, duplicate or automated accounts for abuse, manipulation, unauthorized rewards, referrals or platform metrics. NexusNova may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, systems or program integrity.

5. Intellectual property

Unless a page, asset or third-party license states otherwise, the NexusNova name, logos, branding, original page designs, source code, documentation, written copy and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of Fahad Hussain / NexusNova.

6. Code and tool output use

Code, calculations, conversions, generated text and other outputs from NexusNova tools are provided as utility results. You may use outputs for lawful development, learning, internal work and other permitted purposes, subject to third-party licenses and rights that may apply to the underlying material. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing and licensing any code before deploying it in production or distributing it.

7. Prohibited technical use

You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, bypass access controls, probe protected endpoints, introduce harmful payloads, attempt credential theft, abuse rate limits, or use automated requests in a manner that degrades service availability. Nothing in these terms grants permission to access non-public systems or data.

8. Tool accuracy and liability limits

NexusNova tools are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis for convenience. To the extent permitted by law, NexusNova is not liable for decisions, losses, missed deadlines, incorrect submissions, business interruption, data loss or other consequences arising from reliance on an unverified tool result. You remain responsible for independently checking important outputs before use.

9. Third-party services

The website may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment providers, Firebase, Cloudflare, analytics platforms and external identity or communication providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. NexusNova does not control their availability, policies or independent processing.

10. Paid services and payments

Paid digital services are subject to the applicable pricing, digital-delivery, cancellation and refund policies published on the website. Payment authorization, settlement, reversal and dispute handling may be performed by the selected payment provider. A payment record alone does not guarantee successful service fulfilment.

11. Service changes and availability

NexusNova may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, compatibility, abuse prevention or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every tool will remain identical over time.

12. Privacy and data

Personal information is handled according to the NexusNova Privacy Policy. You should not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, one-time codes, private keys or other secrets into public tool inputs unless a specific secure flow expressly requires them.

13. Referral, reward and verification features

Where referral, account-value, mining, HumanProof or verification features exist, eligibility and processing rules shown by the relevant service apply. Statuses, balances or rewards may depend on server-side verification and are not guaranteed merely because a user completes a browser action.

14. Policy hierarchy

The Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy form part of the terms for applicable paid orders. If a written order or contract expressly governs a particular enterprise arrangement, that agreement controls to the extent of any direct conflict, subject to non-waivable legal rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. NexusNova may limit or terminate access where there is misuse, suspected fraud, security risk, legal obligation or material breach of these terms. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property protections and outstanding payment obligations.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Sindh, Pakistan and the applicable federal laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory consumer or other statutory jurisdiction, disputes relating to NexusNova Tools will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Sindh, Pakistan.

17. Changes to these terms

NexusNova may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security or commercial changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
