Pakistan Sarafa board rate
Local Sarafa source validation is in progress.
NexusNova does not label an international conversion as the Pakistan Sarafa Bazaar rate. Pakistan's local benchmark can include local market conditions and may differ from a simple XAU/USD × USD/PKR calculation.
Once a sufficiently reliable and reusable local source is verified, that rate will appear in its own clearly labelled section with its own source and timestamp.
How the PKR reference is calculated
NexusNova converts the XAU/USD price per troy ounce into PKR using the published USD/PKR daily reference rate, then converts the troy-ounce mass to grams. One troy ounce is treated as 31.1034768 grams and one tola as 11.6638038 grams. The 22K reference applies a 22/24 purity factor to the calculated 24K value.
Freshness
The publishing workflow is scheduled hourly. GitHub-hosted schedules can start later than the exact clock time, so the page shows both the upstream gold timestamp and NexusNova publication timestamp instead of promising second-by-second live pricing.
Trading limitation
This page is for informational reference only. Dealer spreads, making charges, taxes, local premiums, currency spreads and market timing can produce a different executable price.
