What this invoice maker does not do
This is a lightweight document calculator and print template. It does not send invoices, process payments, create tax filings, verify legal requirements or store accounting records. Invoice requirements vary by country and business type, so add any legally required tax, registration or address information before using an invoice professionally.
Privacy for invoice data
The invoice fields and calculations run in your browser. This page does not intentionally send invoice content to a NexusNova server.
Invoice maker FAQ
Can I save the invoice as PDF?
Yes, on browsers that provide a Save as PDF destination in the Print dialog.
Does NexusNova keep my invoices?
No. This page does not include cloud storage. Save the PDF or print a copy before closing or resetting the page.
Build an invoice that is easy to check before sending
Start with the seller or business name, the client or recipient, an invoice number and the issue date. Then add one row for each real item or service. A separate row is easier to review than combining several charges into one description because the quantity, rate and calculated amount remain visible in the preview.
Use the tax and discount fields as percentage adjustments to the modeled subtotal. The page calculates discount first, then applies tax to the discounted amount. If your actual business process uses a different order, a fixed fee, withholding, shipping charge or jurisdiction-specific tax rule, add that requirement in the notes and verify the final document against your accounting or invoicing system before issuing it.
What the preview is calculating
For each line, the amount is quantity multiplied by rate. The invoice subtotal is the sum of those line amounts. The discount percentage is applied to that subtotal, and the tax percentage is then calculated from the amount remaining after the discount. The displayed total is therefore a transparent arithmetic result rather than a tax-law decision.
Before you print or save the invoice
- Check the client name, invoice number and date.
- Confirm every quantity and rate against the source quote or order.
- Read the subtotal, discount, tax and final total from the preview.
- Check the currency symbol and any notes that the recipient must see.
- Print or save only after the visible preview matches your records.
Invoice tool limitations
This utility creates a simple browser-side invoice layout; it does not replace your country's legal invoicing requirements, accounting records, electronic-invoicing rules or tax registration. It also does not verify customer details or determine whether a particular tax percentage is legally correct. Treat the generated document as a practical draft/output and apply the rules that govern your real transaction.
Privacy and local handling
The invoice fields are assembled in the page and the calculation is performed by browser JavaScript. Avoid treating the browser page as the only record of an issued invoice: keep the final document and underlying transaction records in your normal accounting or business storage.
